Automated Allocation¶

Session Swaps¶

[ ] Tutors can request session swaps
[ ] Swaps are checked against normal allocation constraints
[ ] Swaps require approval before being finalised

Implemented in source Tutors trade dated sessions, preview both sides' suitability, obtain the other tutor's consent and receive staff approval. Approved trades preserve course allocations and update dated responsibilities in calendars, dashboards, timesheets and cover workflows. Audit history and checked reversal are included. See Dated session swaps, the Session Swaps workflow and the /swaps endpoints. Existing deployments need the new migration and coordinated API/frontend release.
